What products can I customize on your website?
At SLTshirt, you can fully customize T-shirts, formal shirts, mugs, and caps using your own artwork, text, or logo. Our online design tool makes it easy to create unique items for personal use, gifting, or branding. You simply upload your design, preview it in real time, and place your order — no design skills needed!
Do you offer bulk discounts for large or corporate orders?
Yes, we offer special discounts for bulk and corporate orders. If you’re ordering for abusiness, event, school, or team, we’ll provide a custom quote based on quantity and item type. Our team will also help ensure your design is optimized for large-scale printing and deliver your order on time.
What payment methods are accepted on SLTshirt?
We accept a variety of secure payment options including Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards, bank transfers, and mobile wallets such as Frimi, mCash, and EZCash. For selected areas, we also offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All transactions are secured for your protection.
Can I upload my own design or company logo for printing?
Absolutely! You can upload any design, logo, or photo in JPG, PNG, or SVG format. Make sure your file is high-resolution (300 DPI recommended) to ensure the best print quality. If you’re unsure about your file, we’re happy to review it before printing.
How do I know what size to order?
Each product page includes a size chart with clear measurements in inches and centimeters. We recommend measuring a shirt you already own and comparing it with our chart to choose the right size. If you’re ordering for a group, make sure everyone checks their size before ordering.
What printing method do you use, and is it long-lasting?
We use Direct-to-Firm (DTF) printing for clothing and sublimation printing for mugs and caps. Both methods provide vibrant, long-lasting colors that won’t fade easily with proper care. Washing clothes inside-out in cold water helps maintain the print quality over time.
What happens if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Send a photo and your order ID, and we’ll investigate the issue. If it’s our error, we’ll offer a free replacement or a full refund — your satisfaction is our priority.
